What Our Client’s Say…
I love having Vickie come to MY home to give me a massage. She is always prompt and professional. She offers all the amenities of a private salon without the inconvenience of travel. After a relaxing massage you are already in the comfort of your own home.
Swedish massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. $65/hour
An aromatherapy massage is a Swedish massage using essential oil in the lotion. Inhaling the aroma from natural essential oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. When used during a massage or body treatment, essential oils can be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream to promote whole-body healing, providing relief from pain, allergies, or anxiety. Aromatherapy also promotes mood enhancement and increased cognitive function. $70/hour
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.
Deep tissue massage uses many of the same Swedish techniques, but the pressure is generally more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also called adhesions). $70/hour
*Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone is a type of bodywork that uses deep penetrating heat from specialized stones. This style of bodywork takes you into deep states of relaxation, releasing stress and anxiety, detoxifying the body, and balancing your nervous system. $70/hour
*Hot Stone Massage requires minimum ½ hour to set up and properly heat stones, before and after service.
Craniosacral therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area. This is ideally suited for treating ADHD, headaches, chronic middle ear infection, pain, autism, fibromyalgia, heart disease, osteoarthritis, pneumonia, and chronic sinus infections. In addition, other practicioners have reported benefits for other disorders. $65-90/hour
*Sessions can last anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half depending on your needs. It is important to note that while a single session can have noticeable effects, it often takes multiple sessions to achieve the results you are seeking.
How do I prepare for my massage? What will the therapist bring?
All you need to do is make sure you have space for the therapist to set up the massage table and be able to work around it (about 6’ to 7’ in length and 4’ in width). I will bring all the supplies needed, including massage oil and/or lotion (if you require one or the other please let us know in advance), sheets and towels. If you would like to make a special request please inform the therapist ahead of time.
Once the therapist has prepared the table for you, she will allow you the privacy to disrobe to your comfort level and position yourself on the table underneath a sheet. Therapists use professional draping techniques, so your privacy will be respected at all times.
Is it necessary to remove any clothing for a table massage?
No. Table massage is typically performed on a fully disrobed client, but it is entirely up to you. Some clients are only comfortable wearing shorts or undergarments. If you feel comfortable being disrobed during the massage, the massage therapist will keep all areas of the body that are not being worked on covered the entire massage. Private areas will always remain covered and will NOT be massaged. We would like to add that the massage has a better therapeutic quality if the client is disrobed, and many clients that are initially squeamish about disrobing eventually learn to trust the massage therapist. If the client would prefer to remain fully clothed, a chair massage may be an ideal alternative.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?
One day. Fit2Go4It can accommodate appointments in as little as 2 hours, however, whenever possible I prefer as much advance notice as possible.
Are there contraindications for massage?
Yes, Medical contraindications include but are not limited to: uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, fractures, herniated discs, malignancy, numbness or tingling in any part of the body, especially the hands and feet. Please inform the therapist on the intake form of any acute or ongoing health conditions before the massage.
Cancellation Policy | Fit2Go4It understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policy will be honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the $20 of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Vickie helped me in a way no one else could. Fabulous massage!
I have had many massages over the years and Vicki was easily one of the best. It was great having her come to me and have the service in my own home. Vicki is a complete professional, asking the correct questions and adjusting the pressure accordingly. I felt like a million dollars afterward.
My wife and I just turned 60, and make it a point to have massages every time we travel, so we are seasoned spa patrons. We have to say that Vickie not only met our expectations; she far exceeded them. Patrons will appreciate her professionalism and impressive expertise - particularly if you have any areas that cause you problems. Vickie takes the time to understand the issues and then implements a strategy to "heal" you. We typically do not write reviews - but the word must get out. Vickie was a great find and one of the highlights of our current trip.
I have had a lot of massage therapy in the past, Vickie does it better than any I have ever had. She can get rid of much of your pain and get you back on your feet.
This was my first ever massage, and I was truly impressed by Vickie. She made me feel very comfortable and calm, which I did not think I would feel. During each part of the massage, she made sure that I was relaxing and truly enjoying the experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is skeptical about table massages because she is a true professional that loves what she does. You can tell that she thoroughly enjoys it especially once you're on that table. I now go to her regularly and am finding that after each time I cannot wait to receive another.
My wife and I were in St. Augustine celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary. I booked Vickie, at the recommendation of a friend, on-line (as a surprise for my wife) . Vickie was a true professional, experienced, dedicated, and provided a massage geared specifically for my wife and me. She is competent, mature and knows how to make a client relax and enjoy the moment. Vickie has a calming effect just like her music. We highly recommend Vickie and you can be assured that she will exceed your expectations. (She also has good restaurant recommendations)
One of the best massages I have ever had. Vickie is truly gifted with therapeutic touch. It was the right amount of everything when it comes to getting a massage. I am already looking forward to booking my next one (which I wish could be as early as next week)!
